Returns & Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations:
Customers can cancel any order within a given time period stated below:
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Orders placed before 12PM must be cancelled by 4PM the same day.
- Orders placed after 12PM must be cancelled by 9AM the following day.

- All Return Orders: Must be returned within 10 working days of the date of agreed return. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery of returns, and covering return costs.
- Return Costs: All return costs are at the expense of the customer. If you would like us to arrange the return, the cost will be the same charge as your initial delivery charge, this will be deducted from any refund. If you are arranging your own return, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for lost returns.
- Eligible Returns: For a return to be accepted, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Failed Deliveries:
- Customers are liable for re-delivery fees as specified by the delivery company.
Refunds:
- Refunds are available for up to 30 days after placing your order. The buyer pays return postage fees, and refunds are processed upon receipt of returned products.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded; sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
